Hair whitening and hair loss due to vitamin D deficiency

Vitamin D deficiency or hypovitaminosis D

We all need vitamin D, which we can only acquire from sunlight. This is a different way to get vitamin D. However, a shortage of light receptor cells in the skin is to blame for the vitamin D insufficiency that many people are experiencing today. The reason for this is that the direct exposure of human skin to UV radiation from sunlight causes some allergy conditions. Therefore, a vitamin D deficit will have several effects, but rickets is one of them. According to recent studies, a lack of vitamin D can create serious health issues for humans, including hair loss and thinning of hair, as well as impaired renal function and clogging of arteries.

  1.  The major source of vitamin D

    • sunlight
    • food
    • from supplementary like tablets , medicines etc.
  1. Food source getting vitamin d

  • Fatty fish such as salmon, tuna, and mackerel
  • Beef liver
  • Cheese
  • Mushrooms
  • Egg yolks
  • The essential thing to realize is that if you experience joint pain, hair loss, acidity, fatigue, etc., you may be vitamin D deficient. The next step is to do a medical laboratory test for vitamin D. They only take 5ml of our blood from the lab, analyze it using their approach, and then give us the results. If the vitamin D level in our blood sample is 20 ng/ml or lower, our body is vitamin d deficient. If the range is between 20 and 30 ng/ml, it is insufficient, and if the range is between 30 and 40 ng/ml, it is sufficient and over 100 ng/ml, it is toxic. We must therefore be cautious to prevent maintaining a vitamin shortage in our bodies.

Best way to improve our vitamin d to use supplementary tablets with consultation with doctors and reduce the risk of our life.
